SANYO announced its next Xacti digital movie and photo camera designed for citizens with active lifestyles, the Xacti DMX-CA8. The new camera is designed to resist water and the CMOS sensor allows 8.0 Megapixel still images with the 5X Optical zoom lens. The CA8 series features a new ‘Face Chaser’ operate for digital movies in addition to the existing ‘Face Chaser’ operate for digital photos. The Sanyo Xacti DMX-CA8 will be on sale in Japan from mid-May 2008…
